Backtests, sweeps and validations are simulations against historical or synthetic data. They do not account for every real-world factor — liquidity, slippage beyond what you configure, market impact, order-routing behavior, or your broker's actual execution — and a strategy that performed well in a backtest can still lose money traded live. Nothing on Trebuchet is, or should be read as, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on anything you build with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment loss, arising from your use of the Service.
